Welcome to Dealer Bloom
A tour of what's in the admin and where to find it.
What this platform is
Dealer Bloom is a dealership platform. Every dealership gets its own private data, photo library, and settings — nothing is shared with any other dealership.
The admin is organized into seven main groups: Inventory, Leads, Inquiries, Content, Site, Access Control, and Account. What shows up in your left sidebar depends on what your role is allowed to see.

What you can do from the admin
- Inventory — cars with photos, engine sounds, specs, service history, and sold-car tracking
- Leads — every buyer signal in one place: callbacks, contact forms, sell-my-car offers, consignments, home test-drives
- Content — a visual page editor for every page on your site, with per-language drafts and one-click publish. Every section also has a Style tab where you can pick a visual variant and change colours for just that one section — see Site Content.
- Site — themes, languages, custom domains, integrations, analytics, and account settings
- Access Control — users, roles, and section-by-section permissions
- Account — billing, help & support, and your own profile

Multi-language storefronts
Every dealership site can be published in multiple languages simultaneously — English, Arabic, French, and any language in the catalog. Enable languages from Admin → Site → Languages, then translate each page in Admin → Content using the per-language tabs.
Buyers automatically land on the right language based on their browser, and every language gets its own URL — so search engines send the right visitor to the right version.
Right-to-left languages like Arabic flip direction automatically — you don't have to redo any layout.
How permissions work
Each admin section (Cars, Leads, Settings, Languages, etc.) has a set of actions: view, create, edit, delete, plus a few section-specific ones. Roles are bundles of these actions. The Owner role can do everything.
For some sections — the leads list, follow-ups, and internal cost prices — a sales rep can be limited to seeing only their own records, without giving them access to everyone else's.
