Sold Cars
Audit-friendly ledger of every car that has left the lot.
What it does
The Sold view is a read-only record of every car marked SOLD. Each row shows the sale price, sale notes, buyer details, and the date it was sold.

Use it for monthly reporting, reconciling against your accounting system, or just spotting trends in what's moving.
Who can see it
Access requires the Sold permission. The cost-price and margin columns need the Car Costs permission as well — without it, you only see the sale side.
