Is my data really private from other dealers?+
Yes — by architecture, not by promise. Every dealership on our platform runs on dedicated infrastructure, private media storage, and dealership-scoped access keys. Your data isn't in the same place as anyone else's, so it can't be accessed by mistake or by intent from another dealer.
Is there a free trial?+
No — Dealer Bloom plans are paid from day one, so we can keep pricing transparent and skip the bait-and-switch trial-then-charge model. Every plan is billed monthly, you can cancel any time from your admin, and future charges stop immediately.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your inventory and leads stay exportable at any time. After cancellation, we keep your data live for 30 days in case you change your mind — then delete it permanently.
Do you charge per listing or per lead?+
No. Starter caps you at 50 listings and unlocks the full lead pipeline, integrations, and personalized recommendations on Growth+. Within whatever plan you're on, image hosting, buyer notifications, integration calls, and content edits have zero per-use fees.
Can I switch plans later?+
Any time. Upgrade or downgrade from your admin — we prorate the difference and your data carries over untouched.
