How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Open Admin → Billing and click "Change plan". The change takes effect immediately — we prorate the difference to your next invoice.

Where do I download an invoice?

Every completed invoice has a download link on the Billing page. They're PDF files you can forward to your accountant.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access through the end of the current billing period. After that we retain your database for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it permanently.

What's on the page

Current plan — tier (Starter / Growth / Pro), monthly rate, next renewal date

Payment method — the card or method we bill against (masked)

Invoices — every past invoice with a PDF download link

Change plan — swap between Starter / Growth / Pro. Charges prorate to the next invoice.

Cancel subscription — end billing at the end of the current period

Canceling

Cancel any time — there's no notice period. You keep full access through the end of your current billing period. When that period ends, the site goes offline and no further charges are made.

We retain your database, media storage, and admin for 30 days after cancellation so you can reactivate if you change your mind. After 30 days everything is deleted.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund charges already collected. See our terms for details.

Who can access this

Requires billing:read to view the page and billing:manage to change the plan or cancel. These permissions are split intentionally so a finance role can see invoices without being able to change the subscription.

Administrators have both by default. Owners always have both regardless of role permissions.
