Roles
Bundle permissions into roles your team members can be assigned.
What it does
Roles are bundles of permissions. The platform ships a few baseline roles (Owner, Manager, Sales, Editor) — you can rename, edit, or create your own.

How permissions work
Each permission is a section plus an action. Sections roughly match the sidebar groups (Cars, Leads, Content, Settings, etc.). Actions are View, Create, Edit and Delete. Most sections also have a separate Dashboard action for the summary view.
Special cases
- Leads — granting View also gives access to the dashboard and follow-ups (you don't have to tick all three).
- Cars — Car Costs is a separate permission. Giving someone access to Cars does NOT let them see internal cost prices.
- Lead ownership — even without the Leads permission, a user can always see leads they created or are assigned to.
