Simple terms. No surprises.
The rules for using Dealer Bloom — what we deliver, what we ask of you, and how billing works.

Acceptance of these terms
By signing up for Dealer Bloom, using our platform, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are signing up on behalf of a dealership, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that dealership to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for every action taken from your account. Please:
- Choose a strong, unique password.
- Do not share your admin login with people who shouldn't have access.
- Use the built-in user and role management to invite staff, rather than sharing a single account.
- Notify us as soon as possible if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Dealer Bloom is built for lawful, professional use by car dealerships. When using the platform, you agree not to:
- Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, misleading, or infringes anyone's rights.
- Upload malware or attempt to compromise our platform or another tenant's data.
- Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or otherwise abuse our services.
- Use the platform to send unsolicited marketing that violates applicable communications laws.
- Resell or sublicense the platform to third parties without our written agreement.
Your data belongs to you
You retain full ownership of the content, inventory, leads, media, and settings you or your team create in Dealer Bloom. We only process that data on your behalf to run the platform for you, and you can export it at any time from your admin. We never sell your data and we never use your customers' data to train third-party models.
Our service commitments
We work hard to keep Dealer Bloom fast, secure, and available. We commit to:
- Provisioning dedicated infrastructure for each dealership at signup.
- Deploying security patches and platform improvements continuously.
- Responding to support enquiries within one business day.
- Notifying you of any incident that materially affects your dealership.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your admin. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current billing period and your dealership site keeps running until then. Charges already invoiced for the current or prior periods are non-refundable — cancelling stops future charges but does not refund charges already collected. If a plan-level price ever changes we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms — for example, by using the platform for unlawful purposes, or by failing to pay for an extended period. Where possible we will notify you before suspending, and where the breach is fixable we will give you a reasonable window to fix it. You can terminate your subscription at any time from your admin.
Service availability and disclaimers
We aim for continuous availability but the platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for issues caused by factors outside our reasonable control (for example, upstream infrastructure providers, internet outages, or force majeure events).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party's liability to the other for any claims arising out of these terms will exceed the amount you paid us for the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities — except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you via email or in the admin at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that date confirms that you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the competent courts of the emirate in which Dealer Bloom is established, unless local mandatory consumer-protection law applies.
